WEEK 1-2 

UNDERSTANDING YOUR STRENGTHS

Before beginning the STAR Sales Coaching Program, it is imperative that we benchmark your sales coaching skills. To do this, you and your sales team will need to complete an anonymous online survey. Once all your salespeople complete the survey we will send you an 18-page report outlining your coaching strengths, areas for development and potential blind spots. 

A debriefing meeting will be set up with Steven to review the report and to begin building your coaching development plan.

By the end of week 2, you will have:
